Meditative massage is a deeply restorative practice that invites you to slow down, release layers of tension, and reconnect with your body in a gentle, intentional way. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to meet where you are in the moment, combining soothing strokes, mindful presence, and nurturing stillness. Rather than focusing solely on the physical body, meditative massage works with the whole system, quieting the mind, calming the nervous system, and allowing space for the body’s natural healing processes to awaken.

During a treatment, the pace is unhurried, encouraging you to drop into a state of deep relaxation where stress and worry can soften. This approach can support immune function, ease muscular or emotional strain, and restore a sense of balance that lingers long after the session ends. The environment is held as a sanctuary, quiet, safe, and nourishing, where you can let go of the demands of the outside world and simply rest in stillness.

This practice is especially supportive for those with sensitive systems, chronic pain, anxiety, or stress, as well as for anyone seeking more than just a massage. Clients often speak of the experience as both grounding and transformative: a journey that not only soothes the body but also restores clarity, lightness, and a renewed connection with self.

Naturopathic medicine is defined by principles rather than by methods or modalities. These include honouring the body’s innate ability to heal, identifying and treating the cause, and treating the whole person not just the disease.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness based on the principle that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself. Using this healing power and gentle therapeutic techniques, the body, mind and emotions are supported during the healing process.

Jan is a degree qualified (Southern School of Natural Therapies), registered Naturopathic Practitioner with an interest in all areas of health, but especially about the gut/brain connection. Jan is especially passionate about helping families and especially kids that are challenged by food and learning.

Music Therapy is a professional, evidence-based practice that uses music to support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. Certified music therapists use techniques like singing, playing instruments, movement, and listening to music to help clients reach specific therapeutic goals.

This form of therapy benefits people of all ages and abilities. It can reduce stress, improve mood, enhance communication, and support motor skills. Music therapy is especially effective for individuals with autism, neurological conditions, mental health challenges, or those in recovery or palliative care.

By engaging the mind and body through music, this therapy encourages self-expression, connection, and healing. It offers a creative, holistic approach to health and well-being in a way that feels natural and meaningful.
